Shipping and Delivery
Budshop uses BobGo to ensure guaranteed, safe, and discreet shipping nationwide at flexible rates.
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed we take a maximum of 24 hours to process and package it so that it is ready to be handed over to the courier partners.
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier you will receive an automated email with a tracking link.
Once the courier has your package you can expect to receive your order within
1-3 days *Rural outlying areas may take longer.
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will only be collected by the courier the following Monday.
Our courier partners only operate Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

By registering and becoming a user on BudShop, you automatically join and form part of the BudShop Members Only Cannabis Club.
This membership is per South African law where: A grow club operates as a socialized system of cannabis cultivation. Members rent private space through a sublease to cultivate cannabis for personal consumption, with BudShop acting as their professional cultivators.
This model aligns with the judgment in Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development and Others v Prince; and Others [2018] ZACC 30,
which decriminalized the possession, use, and cultivation of cannabis for personal consumption by adults in private, as supported by:
Section 14 of Chapter 2: Bill of Rights, concerning privacy.
Section 18 of Chapter 2: Bill of Rights, regarding freedom of association.
8. Entire Agreement
